Get started
Workspace
What you see on the left after you sign in, and what each place is for.
If you have never opened Horison, start at the left rail. It is grouped the way the work is grouped: how you get in, the live deals, the library, then the things that run on top of that library.
Home, Search, Chat
Home is where you land. It has room for what needs you today, a Firm tab for the investment criteria the workspace is organised around, and an Inbox for things that have arrived. People you work with are not a tab here. They live under Relationships.
Search opens a finder over whatever you are looking at. It is not a page of its own, so the back button will not close it as if it were.
Chat is the conversation with your workspace. It can read the graph, open documents, and use tools from accounts you have connected (Gmail, Attio, and so on). It is not the same as sending Claude or ChatGPT into Horison. That path is Connect an agent.
Deals and Projects
Deals
A deal is the container for live investment work: overview, documents, chat, the graph for that deal, analysis. Files you upload here belong to the deal. If Attio suggests a deal, it waits here until someone at the firm accepts it. Importing from Attio does not, by itself, create a Horison deal. A person does.
Projects
The same shape of container, for work that is not a deal: a sector map, a process, a workstream that should not sit on a live IC. Attio can suggest projects too.
Documents and Relationships
Documents
The firm-wide library. Files imported from Drive, SharePoint, or OneDrive land here (or on a deal, if you put them there). A document can belong to a deal, a project, or neither. Processing is what puts it on the knowledge graph: until that finishes, Chat and agents can see the file, but they cannot yet cite extracted facts from it.
Relationships
People, and how they connect: extracted from documents and connectors, plus contacts that belong to you. The rail label is Relationships. There is no separate Profile section any more.
Deleted deals go to a bin. The bin is not on the rail. You reach it from Deals.
Agents and the graph
Agents is the catalogue of jobs that run in Horison and leave a result. See Agents.
Knowledge graph is the structured view of what has been extracted: companies, people, metrics, themes, with the document and page they came from.
Settings and the rest
- History: past agent runs, and past chats. Two lists, not one.
- Activity: usage, including MCP usage. Not a feed of graph edits.
- Settings: you, the team, integrations, skills, templates, the plan.
- Skills: reusable instruction sets. An external client can read these over MCP too.
